A V-MAIL letter follows from Anna and Herman Wolf, close friends of Frank Pranger, Art's Dad. Back in
the 1920s, Frank boarded with them when he left home. They lived in South Newport, high above the
city, overlooking the Andrews Steel plant on the Licking River.
This piece of mail was the one and
only V-MAIL FROM home.
